Join me and Chief for a walk with practical guidance to help your dog build confidence and feel more comfortable around another dog. You’ll attend with your dog, giving you opportunities to practise skills you can continue using on everyday walks.

We can work on focus, loose lead walking, managing excitement and navigating distractions. Chief is a high energy dog who can be fast, playful and vocal. Walking alongside him provides opportunities to practise around a safe lively dog, with distance, pace and interaction adapted to suit both dogs.

Once your booking and payment have been received, I’ll email you to arrange a suitable date, time and location.

Walks last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how your dog is coping on the day.

The duration is guided by your dog’s comfort and ability to engage. We’ll work at their pace, allowing breaks and keeping the walk shorter where needed to make the experience manageable.

After your first walk, you’ll have the option to book a block of six supported walks for £150, arranged weekly or fortnightly. This gives you continued guidance at a reduced rate as you build on your dog’s progress.

Before booking

If your dog has shown reactivity or aggression towards other dogs, or has a bite history involving another dog, an initial consultation and one to one session are required before their first supported walk.

This doesn’t rule your dog out. It allows me to assess suitability and ensure appropriate safety measures are in place for both dogs and everyone involved.

All dogs must:

Have completed their initial vaccination course and be up to date with vaccinations, including kennel cough.
Have valid pet insurance, including third party liability cover suitable for these activities.
Be well enough to attend, with no signs of kennel cough or another contagious illness.

These requirements help protect your dog and the dogs around them. As walks and some training sessions take place in public spaces, we may also encounter other dogs and people.

Walks are weather dependent.
