Video Consultations
Personal advice and practical support, wherever you and your dog are based.
If you’re finding your dog’s behaviour difficult to understand, feeling stuck with training or unsure which advice to follow, a video consultation gives us time to talk things through and work out a clear way forward.

We’ll look at your dog’s everyday routine, the situations you’re finding challenging and what you would like to achieve. Your booking information and any footage you share help me prepare advice that reflects your individual circumstances.
Sessions combine discussion, live observation and practical guidance. Alongside reviewing your footage, I can observe your dog during the video call, watch how you work together and offer feedback on your training. Where appropriate, we can work through exercises together, giving you the opportunity to practise, ask questions and make adjustments with my guidance.
What can we work on?
Video consultations can be useful for:
- Puppy and adolescent training questions.
- Settling, excitement and everyday routines.
- Barking, frustration and difficulties around distractions.
- Helping a newly adopted dog adjust to their home.
- Understanding patterns in your dog’s behaviour.
- Reviewing your current training and deciding what to work on next.
Initial Video Consultation | £60
Your consultation includes:
- A separate 15 minute introductory phone call.
- Review of your booking questionnaire and footage submitted beforehand.
- A 60 minute video appointment.
- Live observation and feedback on your training, where appropriate.
- Personalised advice, clear priorities and practical steps to work on at home.
During our introductory call, we’ll talk through your main concerns, what you would like help with and any footage that would be useful to share. This gives me a clearer picture of your dog and helps me prepare personalised guidance for your video appointment.
Preparing for your appointment
When booking, please provide details about your dog, the behaviours you would like help with and anything you have already tried.
Short videos showing the situations you’re concerned about or your current training can help me notice details that are difficult to describe in words.
Any footage for review must be sent at least 48 hours before your video appointment, keeping clips to a combined maximum of 10 minutes. This gives me time to review it properly and prepare for our discussion.
Existing footage is welcome. Only record when it is safe to do so, without encouraging or provoking the behaviour.
Once you’ve booked your main appointment, we’ll arrange your introductory phone call separately.
For the video appointment, choose somewhere you can talk comfortably and position your camera so I can see you and your dog if we’re observing behaviour or working through an exercise.
Three Month Online Training Support | £180
For owners who would like continued guidance, the initial consultation can become the starting point for three months of support.
This gives you time to put the advice into practice, receive feedback and work through difficulties as they arise. We’ll review what is helping, identify where changes are needed and adapt your training as you progress.
The complete programme includes:
- Your initial video consultation and its preparation.
- Three further video appointments of up to 60 minutes each.
- A personalised written training plan and relevant training guides.
- Monthly feedback on short progress videos.
- Email or WhatsApp guidance relating to your agreed training goals.
- Adjustments to your training plan throughout the programme.
Your first review takes place around two weeks after the initial consultation, giving us an early opportunity to check how things are going. Two further reviews are then spaced approximately a month apart.
Support continues for three months from your initial consultation. Any footage you would like reviewed ahead of a follow up video appointment must also be submitted at least 48 hours beforehand.

How the upgrade works
Start by booking your £60 consultation. Following our appointment, we can discuss whether continued support would be useful for you and your dog.
If you choose to continue, your £60 payment counts towards the £180 programme, leaving £120 to upgrade. I’ll send you a private purchase link for the remaining payment, and we’ll arrange your follow up appointments together.
Four video appointments booked individually would cost £240. The programme gives you a £60 saving, with a written training plan and ongoing guidance included.
There is no obligation to upgrade. You can book a single consultation and decide afterwards what support feels right for you.
