Your £60 consultation includes:

• A separate 15 minute introductory phone call.
• Review of your booking questionnaire and short video footage before your appointment.
• A 60 minute video appointment combining discussion, live observation and practical guidance.
• Personalised advice and clear steps to work on at home.

Footage must be sent at least 48 hours before your video appointment, with a combined maximum length of 10 minutes.
